Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
